To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team on online@cooperssurf.com.au as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on sizing / styles not being available.
If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want your item(s) purchased from cooperssurf.com, please return it to us in-store or online within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or online coupon equal to the value paid for the item(s). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and receipts which the goods came with/in are in original condition.
Any returns that do not arrive in its original condition may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

An in-store gift card / online coupon will be issued for incorrect choice as long as the item is returned in condition bought.
Online Coupons & Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.
We will NOT hold onto a copy of each coupon / gift card issued.
Once credit is received it is your responsibility to hold onto it.
Online sale items purchased through cooperssurf.com can not be returned for a refund or exchange either in-store or online.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Coopers Surf will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and exchanged / credited
If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued if approved by the supplier.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
