We recommend placing your orders for Christmas before the 13th DECEMBER 2021 to ensure delivery before Christmas. We will continue to ship orders placed after these dates, but they may not arrive until after Christmas. To ensure delivery, please place your order as early as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse will be closed from the 25th December 2021 – 4th Jan 2022. Orders placed during these dates will be shipped after this date.

Usually orders will be ready for collection from 4pm the following day; however, one of our friendly representatives will be in touch when the order is ready to be collected!
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be actioned the next business day.
Please wait for us to contact you before arriving to collect in case your order is still being sourced, and is not ready for collection.
We are pleased to offer Free Australian Delivery on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, we charge a $10 flat-rate for delivery using Australia Post / Fastway Aramex Tracked Post Parcels. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days only) the same day. Packages should be received between 2-5 days for regional areas.
Sending interstate may be longer.
You can also choose Free Local Pickup from our Jetty store!
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A Credit will be issued for incorrect choice as long as the item is returned in condition bought.
Credits last for 3 Years.
Once credit is received it is your responsibility to hold onto it. We will NOT hold onto a copy of each credit issued.
All items returned must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
